What are the property investment options under the MPRP?
You can either purchase a property worth at least €300,000 (€350,000 in certain areas) or rent a property for at least €10,000 per year (€12,000 in certain areas) for 5 years.
How often do I need to renew my residency permit?
The initial residency permit is valid for 5 years and can be renewed every 5 years thereafter.
Can MPRP investors apply for Maltese citizenship?
