If you'd like a refund for your Global Mobility Plan, please contact us with:
• Your full name
• Email address
• Date of purchase
• Receipt or order number
• Reason for refund request (helps us improve!)
If you purchased add-ons like Ancestral Document Retrieval or Legal Review, and did not complete the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days. If work has begun, we may deduct up to 75% from your refund.
If your case is denied due to an eligibility error we approved, we'll refund 100%. If the denial is due to missing documentation, false statements, or unshared disqualifying factors, we may withhold part of the refund.
For full-service applications supported by our Concierge Team, if casework has already started, up to 50% of the fee may be retained based on progress.
All refunds are processed to your original payment method. We do not issue paper checks or cash refunds.
