We're committed to helping you unlock global mobility with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with the services or tools you've accessed through GlobalPassport, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase—and we'll review your case with care.

If you've already used services such as eligibility assessments, ancestry document retrieval, legal consultations, or application support, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund to cover the cost of services rendered.
Mobility Plan Refund Policy

If you'd like a refund for your Global Mobility Plan, please contact us with:
• Your full name
• Email address
• Date of purchase
• Receipt or order number
• Reason for refund request (helps us improve!)

Document Retrieval & Attorney Support Refunds

If you purchased add-ons like Ancestral Document Retrieval or Legal Review, and did not complete the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days. If work has begun, we may deduct up to 75% from your refund.

Citizenship or Residency Case Refunds

If your case is denied due to an eligibility error we approved, we'll refund 100%. If the denial is due to missing documentation, false statements, or unshared disqualifying factors, we may withhold part of the refund.

Concierge Support Refund Policy

For full-service applications supported by our Concierge Team, if casework has already started, up to 50% of the fee may be retained based on progress.

Payment Method Policy

All refunds are processed to your original payment method. We do not issue paper checks or cash refunds.
