GP is not liable for external regulatory changes or other factors beyond our control.

6.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or the application process. Any liability is limited to amounts paid under this Agreement. Neither party is liable for claims resulting from changes in laws, policies, or regulations outside their control.

6.3 ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement embodies the full understanding between you and GP regarding the services provided, superseding all prior or concurrent proposals, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written.
