Celtic Tribe Membership & Services Agreement | GlobalPassport™ Mobility Advisor Program
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date you execute it (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between GlobalPassport™ (referred to as “GP,” “we,” or “our”) and you (referred to as the “Member,” “you,” or “your”). Collectively, GP and the Member are the “Parties.”
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Overview
GlobalPassport™ (“GP”) provides personalized assistance for individuals and families seeking dual citizenship, residency, and global mobility solutions. This membership includes access to a Dedicated Mobility Advisor for a 90-day period, offering comprehensive planning, strategy, and risk assessment services.
1.1 Role of Your Dedicated Mobility Advisor
Your Dedicated Mobility Advisor will: - Provide personalized guidance on program selection, timeline planning, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist with document preparation and submission strategies.
- Conduct monthly check-ins: check-ins to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Offer priority support for urgent queries related to your citizenship or residency process.
- 1.2 Personalized Mobility Planning
- A custom migration plan tailored to your goals (work, retirement, safety).
- Step-by-step application guidance for citizenship, residency, and visa programs.
- 1.3 Dynamic Plan Adjustments
- Ongoing strategy refinements based on global policy changes and personal circumstances.
- Scenario modeling to assess different pathways and ensure adaptability.
- 1.4 Comprehensive Risk Mitigation
- Expert guidance on visa, residency, and taxation policies to avoid common pitfalls.
- 1.5 Exclusive Market Insights
- Access to proprietary mobility research and country reports.
- Industry-leading PassportFolio™ modeling for program comparisons.
- 1.6 Smart Documentation & Secure Storage
- Automated document retrieval and verification of key records.
- Secure online portal for document storage and application tracking.
- 1.7 Real-Time Updates & Progress Tracking
- 24/7 monitoring of application progress.
- Live status updates to keep you informed throughout the process.

- Weekly live Q&A sessions with mobility experts.
- Family package discounts for multi-member applications.
2. SERVICE COMMENCEMENT & DURATION- The Mobility Advisor service lasts for 90 days from the Effective Date.
- After 90 days, Members may choose to:
- Extend their advisor access for an additional fee.
- Retain limited access to the document portal and community resources at no extra cost.
- 3. SERVICE-LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
To ensure a high-quality service experience, GP commits to the following response times:- Advisor inquiries: Responses within 48 hours on business days.
- Monthly check-ins: Scheduled every two weeks to review progress and address concerns.
- Live Q&A Sessions: Available once per week for real-time expert guidance.
- 4. FEES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES
4.1 Professional Fee (“PF”) - The PF is based on whether the Member’s Irish-born ancestor is a parent or if the ancestor is a grandparent. This fee covers resource allocation and service initiation.
- It is non-refundable, except under the Money-Back Guarantee (MBG).
- 4.2 Expenses
The Member is responsible for all document preparation costs, including: - Certified copies, authentication, apostilles, and translations, within program guidelines.
- 4.3 Non-Refundable Fees
- All fees paid are non-refundable, except under the MBG.
- 4.4 Customized Quote (“CQ”)
- Your CQ details the PF amount and payment schedule.
- 4.5 Money-Back Guarantee (MBG)
Full Refund Conditions: You qualify for a 100% refund if: - Your application is officially denied and you choose not to appeal.
- Partial Refund Conditions: You qualify for a prorated refund if:
- You cancel the service within the first 30 days and have not used more than two check-ins.
- Ancestral records cannot be found after exhaustive efforts.
- Refunds Are Not Eligible If:
- The government changes laws or policies, causing the application to fail.
- The Member provided false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- The Member fails to submit required documents on time.
- 5. TERMINATION & WITHDRAWAL PROVISIONS
5.1 Conclusion of Membership - Members may terminate their membership with 30 days’ written notice.
- GP retains all fees paid up to the termination date, unless MBG conditions apply.
- 5.2 Refund Policy After Termination
- No refunds apply unless covered by the Money-Back Guarantee (MBG).
- GP will provide a detailed service breakdown upon request.
- 6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
6.1 Chargebacks & Complaints: Before initiating a chargeback, Members must provide a detailed written notice and allow 30 days for GP to resolve the issue.
6.2 Arbitration - Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.
- Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable in court.
- 6.3 Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by California law.
- 7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 No Guarantees of Citizenship Approval - GP provides advisory services only and cannot guarantee application approval.
- All final decisions are made by government authorities.
- 7.2 Liability Limitations
- Neither Party is liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to amounts paid under this Agreement.
- 7.3 External Regulatory Changes
- GP is not responsible for government policy changes affecting applications.
- 8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and GP regarding the services provided.
- It supersedes all prior agreements or representations, whether oral or written.
