Membership & Services Agreement | Mobility Match Assessment

Parties: This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between GlobalPassport™ ("GP," "we," or "our") and you ("Member," "you," or "your"). Collectively, GP and the Member are referred to as the "Parties."
Definition of "Program" The Mobility Match Assessment (MMA) Program (“Program”) is a 30-day engagement designed to provide individuals with personalized, expert-driven recommendations on global residency and citizenship options. Through a structured evaluation process—including an in-depth survey, comprehensive eligibility analysis, and a personalized consultation—Members receive targeted insights into up to 5 countries where they qualify for residency or citizenship programs. The Program culminates in a detailed personalized report and a 60-minute strategy call with a GlobalPassport™ expert, ensuring clarity on eligibility, costs, benefits, and timelines.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
- GlobalPassport™ (GP) provides expert advisory services tailored to individuals seeking dual citizenship, residency, and comprehensive global mobility solutions. The Program includes:

1. Personalized Mobility Assessment - Comprehensive evaluation of your ancestral, professional, academic, and financial background.
- Identification of key mobility objectives that align with your lifestyle, business goals, and long-term backup plans.
- Custom eligibility assessment across a wide range of residency and citizenship programs available in 80+ countries, considering options such as ancestry-based claims, investment routes, and professional or entrepreneurial qualifications.
- 1.1. Tailored Residency & Citizenship Recommendations
- Curated recommendations spanning up to 5 countries based on your interests—whether for digital nomad opportunities, startup visas, or heritage-based citizenship.
- Detailed insights on program costs, eligibility requirements, benefits, and strategic fit to help you compare and choose the best options.
- Delivery of your personalized findings in a structured report, paired with a one-on-one 60-minute advisory session with the GP Co-Founder to review next steps.
- 1.2. Exclusive Platform Access
- Complimentary access to GP’s digital platform for 30 days.
- Interactive tools to explore and compare global mobility options in more than 80 countries.
- Ongoing access to exclusive guides, customizable templates, and expert Q&A sessions to support your decision-making process.
2. Service Commencement & Member Responsibilities
2.1 Service Initiation
Services commence immediately upon payment, granting Members access to:
- GP’s digital platform with interactive mobility tools.
- An initial assessment consultation to kick off your personalized evaluation
- 2.2 Member Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding your personal, professional, and ancestral background.
- Understand that GP’s services are advisory in nature and designed to offer guidance rather than guarantee a specific outcome.
3. Service Fees & Refund Policy
3.1 Professional Fee (“PF”) The PF you pay covers expert advisory services, platform access, and report generation. It is non-refundable except under our Money-Back Guarantee (MBG).
- 3.2 Money-Back Guarantee
- Full Refund (100%) if Member is ineligible for any mobility program after assessment.
4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
4.1 Dispute Process- Members must provide a 30-day written notice before initiating formal complaints.
- Binding arbitration shall be conducted by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.
- Each Party bears their own legal costs, unless otherwise directed.
- 4.2 Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of California.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations
5.1 Disclaimers- Members are encouraged to consult independent legal and tax advisors
- GP does not guarantee approvals, as government authorities have sole discretion
- GP is not liable for external regulatory changes
- 5.2 Liability Limitations
- GP is not responsible for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages
- GP's liability is limited to fees paid under this Agreement
- Neither Party shall be held liable for regulatory changes beyond their control
- 5.3 Entire Agreement
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties, superseding all prior agreements.
